Submission Guidelines for Poster/Demo Teaser Slide |
|
• |
One page slide in MS-PowerPoint format (.ppt or .pptx). |
• |
Title, authors, affiliation and paper/demo No. should be included, and you are free to make your own slide as impressive as possible. |
• |
Please use standard slide size (4:3) with 25.4cm(width) x 19.5cm(height). |
• |
All videos and animations must be embedded. |
• |
Embedded animations and videos must run automatically when the slide comes on screen, and timing must be programmed into the slide. |
• |
60 seconds will be given for poster teaser and 40 seconds will be given for demo teaser. Please practice a lot to avoid being cut off! |
• |
File size should not exceed 10MB. Name the teaser file poster_xx.ppt, poster_xx.pptx, demo_xx.ppt, or demo_xx.pptx, where xx means your poster/demo number. |
• |
If your poster is associated with demo and you confirmed to show both at demo booth, please make one side for both and name it poster_xx_demo_xx.ppt or poster_xx_demo_xx.pptx. You will present your poster and demo teaser at poster teaser session. |
• |
Please make sure that your slide runs on at least two other computers. Especially check windows compatibility. |
